Tesla Final Communication Plan Group Visual

Here is my Business Communication class group presentation to Tesla's PR team, on how to better manage communication issues reviewed to be problematic for the company.

I was in charge of developing the Tesla response plan to define issues, and created the KPI's, timeline, and budget plans listed as slides 22-35.

In terms of the Budget Plan, it was taken from estimated future capital investment capabilities based on current trends found in Tesla's statement of cashflows for capital investments, and planned to be 40 million over 2 years.

Overall, with spending for determined "busy" periods for Tesla, and researching components needed to complete determined KPI's (benchmarked against competitor Toyota), the budget was within estimated range, at only about $26.6 million all together.
