As a trusted customer for Asymmetrical Alliterations Jewelry, we offer several methods of contact, payment, and delivery of our products for your convenience. If you live in Tucson AZ, you may be eligible to pick up your order in-person at local fairs or venues. Stay updated on our Instagram (@fluffy_pickles12342). Questions and requests for restocks can be made on both our Instagram and Depop pages.
Payments can be made online through Depop, or in person with Paypal, Venmo, cash, or swipe transactions with Square. DM or email our creator, Julia, with any questions to receive a prompt response within 5 business days.
As a local artist, new to the scene of selling arts and crafts, we are currently unable to take returns at this time.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
All earrings which are not from the Local Artists collection are warranted for the first month post purchase for repairs. The condition of the earrings in order to be accepted for repairs is determined by Julia. Please email or DM with a photo of the piece and a description of the accident in order to be considered. Shipping for repairs will not be covered.
Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns at this time; though you may always express any tips, concerns, or information through email or DM to our creator's social media/email.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
All online purchases should be made through Depop, and costs for shipping and packaging will be listed there. Much of our packaging is made using paper or reused/repurposed materials.
